Eldon Park Playground and Splash Park

This small playground is located near Capilano Highlands, in Eldon Park, in a quiet residential area.  It is best for small children: it has a climbing dome, and a toddler sized play structure with sliding and climbing options.  There are two swings - one baby and one regular - at the playground, and another pair of the same on the other side of the sports field (look for the red poles).  A pair of drums next to the climbing structure is ready for the neighborhood band.  The ground cover is spongy rubber, so if you are worried about your young tot who keeps shoveling wood ships and pea gravel into their mouth, this is your spot.  On the other side of the washroom are a few more climbing/play structures, although their weathered appearance tends to suggest they predate the rest of the playground.

Next to the playground is the seasonal splash park, some lawn space with picnic tables, and large sports fields to extend the play.  A walking path circles around the sports field.  Parking lot is next to the playground.
